Entrevista
The interview process took me 2 months since I applied for this position through LinkedIn. During the process, they are very slow to respond. I have to keep following up with the recruiter. I had 3 rounds of interview and had a very good conversation with the people interviewed me. Then they send me an email to inform me of the final interview. I spend two days dive into their quarterly financial report, did a lot of research, did a ratio analysis, and SWOT analysis.
At the day, the person who suppose to interview me not even show up and their coordinator called me said the person has a family emergency and they will re-arrange the interview. After 2 weeks of waiting and following up, they finally emailed me that they are no longer proceeding with the process without any explanation.

Take home assessment about data processing, Cohort Analysis, and SQL
Initial interview with recruiter that went well. I was scheduled for another interview with a manager. I joined the video call and the other party didn't show up. I emailed to ask if there was an issue and they rescheduled me for the following day only to cancel an hour before the meeting and end my candidacy. Felt very unprofessional and really wasted my time.
