I had the 1st round talking to the HR basically it's resume screening and the classic behaviour stuff. It went well but later they picked someone with more experience. The sad thing is the HR said will get back to me a few days later but then I only know they picked someone else when I email them. The HR is not very professional as she didn't even bother to send an automated email to notify the candidate about the result. It's very frustrating.
