My interview process with HelloFresh included five rounds for five weeks. Please note that my entire interview process was remote and done via google meet. Week 1 - HR interview (30 min) It was an initial screening. Week 2 - 1:1 with design lead (45 min) An in-depth background checks to see if I am the right fit the company and visa versa. Week 3 - A take-home assignment (6-8hrs) The deadline to submit the assignment was one week. Week 4 - Full-day interview / First-round (60 min): I presented my assignment and a case study from my portfolio to a panel of two design leads. / Second round (30 min): 1 on 1 with a PO / Last round (30 min): 1 on 1 with the design director. Week 5 - Feedback Then I waited for a couple of days for the feedback and was given an offer.

It took around 3 weeks and 4 stages for the whole interview process. Overall, I was pretty happy with everything, the team was nice and friendly, and the recruiter answered all my questions. One slight negative experience that I had was in the 3rd stage of the interview, I asked the recruiter if I have to prepare anything and they said there was nothing to be prepared and it will be a normal conversation. But when I hopped on the call, the interviewer said please share what you have prepared for the presentation.
