I got through 3 interviews. The generic HR interview was ok, but they do not talk about benefits or salaries. You have to drive these topics, which is weird because it sounds like they know their benefits or payscale are not so competitive. They do not seem to also offer shares either, so maybe you have to negotiate that. The technical interviews were nice. They've never had a tech writer before so the questions were quite varied depending on the interviewer but the interviews were interesting. Great opportunity to learn about the company and what they actually need. The interview tone was relaxed.
