Was contact by internal HR to meet with COO/CEO. Waited in lobby for 20 minutes past start time and was sitting next to another candidate for the same role. Met with COO who looked like she was 20 and acted like she had 20 years of experience running a multi-national company. Unprepared for the interview and asked questions that were perfunctory and had nothing to do with the role.

Interviewed by two employees, one of them was very pleasant and as we wrapped the interview she shared that there would be a second stage interview with the hiring manager and that she would send a follow up about scheduling. The second employee was not engaged and didn't say anything for the majority of the call. When the interview was being wrapped she decided to ask a few more questions. The questions were standard. She then asked me for my the salary range and informed me that they would determine if I move to the next round once they had that number. She also would not share the range for the role. I also wasn't notified that the second interviewer was joining as it was the first interview with the recruiter.
