The Hiring process is pathetic. I read another review for the same position and I was thinking maybe it’s alright but I got to know that it really is a bogus company with pathetic technical team containing 8-10 members. They asked to code in JS cypress for api testing and I coded it well, then they took 3 hours interview. And after that assured me for the further rounds wich includes another technical round for 3 hours and then reference check. It appears that the post is vacant since a long time and they are just wasting the time of candidates as well as themselves. Also, the product itself isn’t that good. I request other candidates to stay away from these sort of small firms and focus on good product based mncs. At the end, the HR and entire team ghosted me and I had to ask for feedback many times and then I got a simple rejection mail.
