There was no interview process. I was selected by my high school grade. I had a meeting with the HR of the company to explain to me the hiring process, the responsibilities and the benefits of the job etc. Friendly people, happy to help. Since this was my first job, they helped me with all the paperwork that I needed. The were also very flexible as to when I was to submit all my paper work.
