Did a phone interview with Christine that went very well before having a zoom interview with Charlie that went equally as well. He invited me to the office for an in person interview that went so well he gave me his phone number. I was told by Christine that they had all but stop interviewing others because I was chosen but they needed the COO Frank Petrini to sign the paperwork but he was on Vacation. After a week and turning down another opportunity Frank was back and wanted yet another zoom interview. During the interview he kept mentioning my age and how at 33 people only look at the company as a stepping stone to other companies. I assured him that this was not the case. Apparently after this interview it was decided that I would not be hired after all. Everyone was great but Frank Petrini had a real problem with me being young.
