The whole hiring process was professional, courteous and smooth. The recruiting team was responsive and fast in following up on everything. My Heliosx interviews consisted of a phone screen HR interview with the Head of Talent, who asked targeted, thoughtful questions during my interview, as well as answering all my questions. As a next step, I was asked to prepare an assignment and to present it to the leadership team. The last stages were the interviews with the Head of Product and the CEO. During each stage of the process I felt the team really focused on asking me questions that were relevant for the role, which helped me get a better idea of what the job would be like. I was impressed with the company and efficiency of the team and think they did a great job of streamlining the process.
