Telephone, then F2F.
I was given an indication in the interview I would be invited back for the next round and then they went MIA. No communication whatsoever. What a waste of time and money to travel for this interview.
Also, do not indicate in the interview until you have discussed with the team first? Very odd behaviour to then go MIA.

5 stage process with a mix of informal & formal interviews. 1) Informal telephone call with recruiter 2) More formal interview with line manager including competency based questions 3) Task and presentation interview with questions 4) Values interview with someone not in the team applying for 5) Final stakeholder meeting.
Everyone part of the interview process was very nice and friendly. The recruiter was fantastic - really nice and kept me up to date throughout the process. Unfortunately after 5 stages, I wasn’t offered the role. My advice would be to make a decision before the values interview and only put people through to that who you are definitely going to be offering.
