Process was long and drawn out over at least 4 months. Started with an on-line application, and then waited for the HR specialist and initial contact. Then time dragged on and was instructed to fill out forms, and complete a psychological evaluation and other background investigations. Then a month later, I was scheduled for interviews and then waited several more weeks. Then a phone call came with an offer which was almost 4.5 months after initial submission.
