A brief phone screening was conducted prior to the actual interview. The interview was conducted via. Microsoft Teams by two interviewers. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. The interview was not difficult. Several days after the interview, the HR contact reached out to say that the interview went well and asked for the desired salary for the position. The employer’s recruiting portal was updated to say that an offer was going to be made. The recruiter made no attempts to reach out after that, and was not responsive to attempts to follow up. This was extremely frustrating, and deeply disrespectful.
