Little to no information given about company, culture, or compensation during interview process. Interviewer was unprepared and could not give me straightforward answers or expectations. I was told to that once hired, promotions or movement within the company was common and expected, but I never saw anyone change positions the whole time I was there.

Entrevista
Very standard interview process. I was sent through screening process with HR, then was called in two more times to interview with two different managers. Standard questions about work history and hobbies.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for the position?
Standard interview with 1-2 people asking questions about work history, ambitions, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc. There were 2 rounds and then an offer. After the first interview I was contacted to set up another one in which I was tasked with presenting a 4 slide slideshow presenting a product to a bar
