The response to the application was fast. Standard job application process, submit your resume/cover letter. They had an online interview questionnaire to fill out. 1st interview was via telephone with basic questions. Second interview was in person at the brewery. The in person interview was more of a rundown of responsibilities and some questions about prior experience or relate-able skills to the job. They took about two weeks to get back after the interviewing process, which is fairly these days. Everything was professional and responsive.
