I first applied and sent in my resume. One of the ladies in HR called me back and we did about a 30 min phone interview. I then got to meet with the founder in the company conference room. It was a small company but very large building and was greeted by a large dog in the lobby. It was nice to see they liked dogs and it appeared to be a pleasant work place. The founder came in and asked a bunch of questions. He was in a full suit but most everyone else was casual informal but very detailed
