1st interview was over the phone with recruiter
2nd interview was with regional manager
3rd was in person with the Doctor.
Lots of questions about personal experience in dealing with insurance, handling conflict, promoting comradery.
Also included questions of how you would handle situations with office Drama.
Be ready with real life examples from your personal experience.

What was a difficult situation you had with an employee and how did you handle it
It was an initial phone interview scheduled through email link with available dates and times. You have to select what you’re interviewing for and the location, it’s something that probably goes out to all applicants being considered.
