Interview with hiring manager for a chat about the role and requirements. Talked about my past experiences and how I thought I could do in the role as well as why I want to work for the company.

I applied for the role on LinkedIn at the start of January 2 weeks later I was offered to take part in the second round of the application process which was writing a statement. Two weeks later I was invited to an interview with the managers over Zoom. The Managers were very warm and welcoming the interview was enjoyable they talked a lot about the company culture as well as the role. I was given clear timelines throughout the whole process which I really appreciated I was never wondering when I was going to hear back from someone which I really appreciated. To be completely honest I was so surprised at how well organised everything has been so far as I have interviewed recently by far larger organisations and Healthy.io's interview process was far more professional and went very smoothly. I was really impressed with all the overall​ experience.
