Overall, the interview was a mixed bag. While the company is great, and each conversation I had was extremely pleasant, the handling of the interview process was extremely drawn out and lacked a lot of professionalism in its handling. At every single step of the interview process, I was told I would hear back within a certain time frame, only for that time frame to be drawn out by multiple weeks, with little to no apologies for the often unexplained delay. It made for an extremely frustrating process , and it really left a poor impression on me by the company in regards to how they view their candidates.
