There were several interviews over a couple of months. Some interviews were 1-2 interviewers and others consisted of a panel interview with several teams (4-5) who had vacancies at the time.

For me it was slightly different. I had interned with HealthWest and began applying at the end of my internship. From application to step 5 (interview with manager) it took roughly 1-2 months. Everyone from HR and Management were really nice the entire time and throughout the process. No offer as of yet.
