Their entire process was pretty terrible. I went through 6 rounds of the same questions and then got to a case interview that they expected hours of work on with a half-hour touch pint ahead of the final call. All of this while I’m working another job made me lose interest in the position. It doesn’t seem like they respect their candidates time so I can only imagine what working there is like. Based on pay reviews it doesn’t seem worth it.

All behavioral and then a case at the end that is basically building project plan
Multiple interviews in the same day across different level individuals within the company including junior, mid level, and partner level. Questions were mostly behavioral with an emphasis on past experience as a pseudo case study.

Entrevista
Applied through their website, they were quick in setting up a phone screen and very slow in setting up the in-person interview. Considering they emailed me saying they no longer have a need for an experienced and qualified professional, I wish they had been upfront and not wasted 3 hours of my time setting up interviews on a Monday. In addition to this, I think the firm is very young and growing. The people I met with, especially on a coffee chat were 1 year out of college and already senior consultants.
