it was said to be a walk in interview, I upload my resume and details in a linked share and confirmation mail received to be in venue at 9am, I was 30mints delay due to traffic from my home town to Colombo. I was asked to wait in a queue for 2hrs to fill a form which was already provided in the link they shared then had to wait in 3 different floor wait time was nearly 3hrs with the filled form, Went to panel after 5hrs of arrival and shared my experience as if I explain to a tech person. They took my resume and mentioned the person other end is a HR, now they did was a screening and will hold your resume will call if you are short listed. In my opinion this can be simple can be done in a LinkedIn application option - first experience of Ghost Interview.

One interview with the PM and PO, but before that the HR gives a general call. After the HR call then we have the interview. Interview was verbal and there were no practical or code exams. But they just gave couple of scenarios and asked how Im going to do that.

Entrevista
First interview was with the department manager, project manager and a senior engineer. Manager took me through the domain, which completely unnecessary.
The people in the interview are not knowledgeable and they only know about RCM.
Even if you give a wrong answer to a tech question they are unable to figure that out.
This interview will make you feel like don't even go to this company.
