Applied online. Took only a few days to get a response. The first interview was on the phone. It was fine, and the interviewer was easy to talk to. The second was supposed to be in person, but I decided not to proceed because compensation that has being offered during the phone interview was significantly below of what is supposed to be paid for such position. That was also in a combination with not very convenient working hours (days off - Sunday and Tuesday, so not even two days in a row; hours 10-6)
