You have to be good at sales, customer service, and multitasking. The call center is a very busy environment so staying organized and ahead of your work is really important. If you have some medical experience, it will help with your sales pitch.

You fill out a 4 page application and then you have to take a typing test and then you do an interview with someone from the HR department. After the interview they tell you they will run a background check on you and then from there they make a decision and let you know if you have the job.

Entrevista
After applying online I was contacted for a brief phone Interview. At the conclusion of the phone interview I was invited in for a Formal Interview. I was asked to sign a pre-acceptance form to conduct a background check. Once the background cleared I was contacted to start the two week training.
