So, I applied online, and then did a phone screen which lasted thirty minutes. I then video interviewed as a next step for about an hour and then followed up with a thank you note and a couple of other emails before they told me the position was not to be filled and that I would be considered for another position. However, after a few follow-ups it was clear that they were just ghosting me. Not a way to treat a person, and goes to show you their culture where they think that would be appropriate. Completely avoid.
