They communicate through email mostly. When I arrived, I was told that I have recieved an email stating that they couldn't see me for the interview except for a couple of minutes which I was quick to jump at. Isat and waited for the manager to come in. He was nice - asked the usual questions. Very light-hearted, The interviewer wasn't intimidating nor was he trying to intimidate, but wanted to tell me how it was to work for them - keep everything real.
