Met with the outside recruiter who was great. The position sounded very exciting as I have a considerable background in insurance and tech. Had phone interview with the founder/CEO Munjal Shah which was scheduled for one hour. It was the most painful, awful interview of my life. Mr. Shah was an arrogant fool throughout the entire conversation. If not for the recruiter, I would have hung up on him (seriously). I managed to end the call after 50 minutes and was grateful it was over. No wonder the company is doing so badly now - the CEO is a total jerk.

Entrevista
Initial pitch on role and company by recruiter, followed by a conversation with a senior executive and then a personal interview with the CEO. The personal attention paid by the CEO to understand me as a candidate was the primary reason why I felt it was the right fit for me.
