Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Health IQ (Los Angeles, CA) en may 2021

      Entrevista

*WARNING* I am will begin by saying that I am very upset with the Health IQ interview process and communication. I understand wanting qualified candidates but what you you put in as a candidate and then get out is probably not worth it, in my opinion. I also never feel a need to write a review on an interview process until after this one. To begin I received an email stating they wanted to interview me. Everything was normal, talked to HR first over the phone, it was a casual conversation, all other interviews were virtual face to face over teams except the HR screening. After the HR screening next steps were lined up and another interview with the next individual was set up, each interview was a thirty minute call where both parties talked about experience, they were good conversations, nothing negative was ever said, basic questions and answers. There were six of these! The final was what they referred to as your Arc of Accomplishment. It is basically the same as the interviews before except it’s a panel interview where everyone who previously interviewed you is there alongside some other executives. In this interview you are explaining what you believe you have accomplished from childhood to present day inside and outside of work. I was told before this interview that it would be 30 minutes and at the end I would be asked to step off the call and they would most likely have a decision immediately after, but before I stepped off the interviewers restated that I might hear by end of day or maybe early next week, which was also fine. Unfortunately in my opinion this is where communication began to degrade. I never heard anything...how do you make it this far along through this extensive an interview process and it just falls apart? How can you not just courteously provide effective communication like you have been providing before this? They were communicating through email and text very effectively before this last interview! Then it was radio silence...I was dumbfounded and left feeling very down and mistreated. I had to reach out through text a week later to hear anything and it was that they had recorded the interview (I knew this they asked my permission) but that they were still waiting on the CEO to review it. At this point I’m not sure if this was a lie or what but to me after everything I had previously been told something just seemed weird especially since it was now a week later. In the end it took them a week and a half to tell me through a generic email that they were going with another candidate. I have had my fair share of interviews and I can tell you this to me is really bad, at least have the courtesy of calling me or texting like all the previous communication had been in addition to the generic email which I am sure is policy. That being said I would not recommend interviewing with this company due to their extensive interview process and failure to communicate effectively in the end. I do not believe you should be able to treat people like this.

      Pregunta 1

The interview questions were not difficult, the process was for what you get out of it!
