It was very uncomfortable and unorganized how the interview was conducted given, staffing replied to my interest for the role. I then provided availability and did not receive feedback to schedule for another week and a half. After the week and a half the recruiter informed me she, "Will not be moving forward with my candidacy." It was very rude and she was willing to give me feedback towards why. However by then I was so disappointed that I never got a chance to even conduct a phone interview, I declined to speak with her concerning this matter.
