My interview experience was great, we spoke in detail about the various aspects of the position and what experience I’ve had working in roles similar to this. There were some behavioral questions. All in all this was probably one of the better interview experiences I’ve had.

Tell me about a time where you dealt with a difficult customer, how did you turn the situation from a negative to a positive?
Most of the questions were very common place with what I’ve experienced with various other companies.
