applied on line received call back from HR within 3 weeks of applying. they wanted to interview me for what was at the time there teaching floor for new graduate nurses. I didn't feel that this was a good fit for me to be teaching as I only had one year of nursing at the time. I explained that I was certified in another area of specialty and would really like to do that and did they have any openings in that field. the HR rep stated she would speak to another manager and see if they were needing RN's and would get back to me. I received a call the next day for an interview in the unit that I was certified in. I interviewed the following week and the week after started the orientation procedure

Very long and drawn out. The time frame given for a response to your interview was not met. I called several times and was told I would have an answer by the end of the week. They got back to me with a job offer 3 months later! By that time I had taken another job. From other nurses I know who have applied this is not uncommon.
