This was a typical multi-stage interview culminating in a presentation. The presentation itself was straightforward, as they had reasonable and loose criteria for how a topic was chosen. After the interview, they held a follow-up phone call to explain how recent changes have affected their search and the reasons why I was not selected. I appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and useful feedback.
