Screening interview with the recruiter was very rushed. Seemed as if they already had a candidate in mind and just went through the formalities with screening others over the phone. (Possibly an in house person) This was a complete waste of my time and has changed my perspective of this company. I have 10 years of experience, therefore lack of experience wasn't the factor.
