Everything seems very slow. Took 2 weeks to hear anything. Phone interview with HR went well. Then it took another week to schedule with Manager. That went well. Then another week to schedule with panel. Again everything seemed to go well. All of that took a month. It has now been another month with no feedback (offer or rejection). Reached out to the recruiter to check-in. there was no reply. So application still pending. *I applied for a few positions and had the same slow recruitment experience. Everything is all in limbo.*

Four rounds of interviews, first one with the hiring manager, second and third with team members or peers, and a fourth with a director level manager. Everything was pretty smooth, but it seemed like a waste because there were so many rounds of interviews and hoops to jump through.

Recruiter reaches out to talk about basics(open to work, location and salary preference). Then a few days before the interview they send a case study which needs to be completed in 24hrs, then panel interview. A week later offer or no offer.
