Multiple on the phone and recorded interviews. My interview process was during covid so it was a zoom call, phone call and then recorded interview with various questions. Interview process may have changed since then.

Interview process was through HireVue. It took about a month to go through the entire hiring process. You have 6+ months of being a temporary employee until you can prove you understand how to process claims and retain the information provided, before getting a job offer (blue badge). Good company. Need to retain a lot of information though.
