Hiring process was normal, had to answer some MCQ type questions along with some coding scenarios for first round. Post that received a call from HR stating I cleared the round and they will schedule the next round in 1-2 days. Then the communication went black for more than 3-4 weeks and suddenly out of no where JR calls again and says we have shortlisted your profile for some other position and for some other city. We agreed for an interview and he said they will schedule a call on Wednesday at some time. A professional takes some time out from his working schedule and what happens is they are no show or in my case no call. Then they again reschedule for Friday and again the concerned IIT passed out interviewer was so busy to call I had to call the HR again just to make sure that atleast I can be done with this process and I don't get a call from this people again.
