I was interviewed by several different people from the CX team. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They asked me questions that were relevant and they really tried to get to know me.

The phone interview lasted roughly 20 minutes and felt rather informal and more like a conversation with a few questions peppered throughout. The questions were standard customer service related questions.

The interview process was through. I had a call with the VP of Customer Experience, then a take home test, another call with a employee in the role, and then an interview in the office. Everyone was very nice and I was very excited about the prospect of working there.
