I was contacted by a tech recruiter for Headspace for a phone screen within a few days from submitting my resume online. Following our call, a video conference was scheduled with the Lead TPM and soon after was contacted by the recruiter again to come into the office the next day for a panel interview. After speaking with various members of the engineering team (ranging from other TPMs, engineers, and product managers) I was scheduled to meet with the VP of Engineering once he was back from a business trip (otherwise I would have spoken with him during my panel interview). As the final part of the process, I was given an assignment on a hypothetical situation in which I needed to create a project roadmap and communications plan.
