We started the process with a video phone call with one of their internal recruiters and a member of the UX design team. After that I came into the office, where I was warmly welcomed and given a tour of their beautiful office space. I then had 3 interviews with various members of the UX and Design teams. All the conversations were 1:1 or 1:2. The tone was very friendly and casual. I walked through some past projects from my portfolio, and answered questions about previous work experience. Overall nothing out of left field. Was also fed a delicious, healthy lunch which was appreciated!
