Easy but not enough information prior, seemed a bit confused prior to interview. Very nice team and interesting event portfolio across marketing. The role seems to lack automony however with too much input from Editorial teams

There was a group of 8 of us. At first, we introduced each other and answered questions about what animal represents us, our biggest achievement/fear etc. Then we got given group tasks to discuss, while the interviewers left the room. This happened twice. They only came back to listen to our solutions. In the end we had to present a conference idea in groups of two. The interviewers then made their decision without interviewing us separately.
