I recently had a first-call interview with Haybury for a position at one of their clients. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After investing time updating my CV, attending the call, and following their instructions, I did not receive even a standard notification about the outcome, despite not proceeding to an interview with the hiring manager.
Haybury initially informed me that the delay was due to the hiring manager being occupied with other positions and asked for patience. However, after that, there was no further communication. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on their professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company
