Qualifying phone interview - short, basic questions. Going over resume, job expectations, etc. - recruiter felt like she was rooting for me to do well. Very encouraging. Asked about management experience and managing those who do not report directly to you.

Phone screening with recruiter - getting general info on what skills you have, would you fit company’s values etc. go over submitted resume, and asks questions about your previous experience.
It was a solid 3 step interview. I was able to express my skills and to meet a good amount of the team. Beautiful building and tour as well. Overall, I was happy with their interview process.
