Good, pretty standard interview process, it was pretty typical. That was fine. I went through a couple of interviews and everything seemed to go well. The problem is I never heard anything back from anybody from the company, It's no problem at all if I'm not a good fit, I understand. But please respect me and my time. If I spent the effort to take off work and go through the interview process. Please at least tell me that I didn't get the position. There nothing more stressful than waiting to hear back from an interview. It would take about 2 minutes to send an email to the candidate. Please do this in the future.
