How do you keep your web design projects organized?

Entrevista
They start with a 30-minute phone interview with one of their in-house recruiters. This is pretty relaxed and is a conversation about your background and experiences. They then tell you more about Hawke's future and more details about the role. They also ask about your passions. After that is a design assignment. For me, it was designing two versions of landing page. Last is an in-person interview. You meet with multiple members of the creative team. Some had looked into my work while some did not. So prepare to tell your background again as well as being able to speak deeply about your work.
