applied to the software engineer intern summer role, received a standard codility OA with two easy - medium leetcode style questions. shortly after, took a screening interview after which I was cut.
After passing the initial CV screening, the technical phase begins. In this case, it involved programming a card game to meet certain requirements and a short report. The next stage was a brief conversation with HR about the teams I might be interested in joining, which helped them select the team best suited for me. The final stage for me was an interview with the Software Engineering Lead and the DevOps Lead. The interview consisted of questions about my technical experience and my previous teamwork.
