The interview process was somewhat extensive. It began with emailed assessment questions that included real-life scenarios. Then, it moved on to a phone interview with an HR employee. Then, it was a zoom interview with two people from the CX Team, where it also began with written assessment questions. After feeling pretty positive after the final interview, I was told I would hear back from HR within a few days. About a week later, I received an email saying that the hiring for the role I was interviewing for was put on hold. Completely understandable considering the timing, but also frustrating for the amount of time and effort spent interviewing.

Entrevista
The interview process moved quickly, after I applied online I was contacted via email to set up a quick chat with HR. After my chat with HR I was sent to chat with a couple other team members and did a quick take home assessment so they could assess my problem solving and written communication skills. After that my offer came within a week and I started shortly after.
