It was horrible. First, they contacted you, then they conducted full interview, they emailed you that you've been selected and asking personal documents (very personal). Then they rejected you with no explanation. HR won't give you answer at all even though you have right to know what's happening after so many interviews and offer.
I think as MNC, they have a very poor interview process. I was pretty shocked how I was treated poorly when I didn't even apply for the role. They reached out to you, interviewed you, offered you a position, asking you for your information then rejected you. One of craziest experiences for me.

The interview process was great. One call with a recruiter and then a three hour interview with 6 different people. Felt a bit lengthy but was worth getting to know the people I'd be working with.

Initial screening was basic HR questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work at Havas? 18 min call. Moved on to the hiring manager interview still waiting for a response.

Kurz, aber sehr freundlich! Eine Vertiefung über die genauen Arbeitsaufgaben des Jobs im Gespräch wäre jedoch besser gewesen. Es scheint als wäre Personal zurzeit Mangelware. Auch das HR Team ist sehr lieb.
