Entrevista
Phone call, Initial face to face, then final interview with a presentation based on a marketing and science task. This involved taking a marketing task from outside of pharma and showing how you apply this within healthcare or the pharma industry.
The interview process was quick but thorough. I felt supported by the recruitment team throughout the process and got the impression that each team member I spoke with during my interviews was genuinely interested in my career goals. I received an offer shortly after my final interview and accepted.

Entrevista
The team itself is fantastic, I had a great experience with first and second-stage interviews. The first stage was general questions about my experience and personal qualities. For the second stage, I had to prepare two presentations, one marketing task and one science. In the end, the talent team called me to tell me that I didn't get the job and I will be called by another talent team member to receive feedback. A few weeks in now and I still haven't heard from them. I had a great experience going to the office but I feel like the talents team does not take their job seriously. I had another situation where I had to contact them a few times so I can get a simple reply.
