They do group interviews, 4-5 people at once with one interviewer.
Asked to do a presentation about coding for kids that is informative and engaging.
Interview lasted almost an hour with group questions about classroom dynamics.

How to deal with challenging kids in the classroom?
Very easy and straight forward. Group interview with couple others and was asked both hard and soft skills. Interviewer was very nice and tried to lighten the mood so no one was nervous.

Entrevista
30 minute Webcam interview. It was pretty easy. HR was nice. Interviewer wanted to know more about the applicant's life and experience. Experience in working with children is a plus. Knowledge in computer programming languages is also a plus.
