In person interview, the HR department are super helpful and provide you with some questions you may be asked.
You answer the questions using STAR method, which is super easy,
Initial recruiter call followed with a HR call followed by an interview with line manager. After 2-3 weeks, you get a decision on your application. You can declare your booked holidays or birthdays and they will mark them as holidays for you.
the whole process from filling the form to the video interview stage ti the final interview stage was really good and efficient . Questions that were asked were good and followed STAR structure .
