I didn't actually get interviewed... I applied for a job in the Birmingham office and they sent me an interview for 9am in Manchester centre! I queried this with them and instead of taking the hint, they asked if I just wanted the time moving to 5pm!
This was a major red flag. This gave me an insight into how much they must value their employees time and work/ life balance. I explained that Manchester was nearly 3 hours drive for me, which us excessive for an interview.
Very clear and structured, would apply again. Clear portal for applying to the job, also the function is clearly described, and many jobs are available. You can apply multiple times,
